What to Expect When You Worship With Us
You will be treated with
respect and dignity as our honored guest... you will not be embarrassed in any
way. You will find that everything in our worship service is done
"decently and in order" (I Cor. 14:40).
Singing
We will sing songs of praise to God and also songs that teach and encourage one
another (Eph. 5:19, Col. 3:16).
Prayer
We will pray
humbly, earnestly and with thanksgiving (1 Tim. 2:1-2, Acts 2:42)
Communion
We participate in the Lord's Supper every first day of the week (Acts
20:7). We do this as commanded in the Bible (1 Corinthians 11:24-26) to commemorate
Christ's sacrifice: His death and resurrection, to commune with Him and also
our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Preaching
The Gospel of Christ is preached (Acts 20:7) without big words and wisdom of
men (I Cor. 2:1-5) or apology (Rom. 1:16).
Giving
We give of our money with cheerfulness -as we have purposed in our
hearts- (II Cor. 9:7) and as we have been prospered (I Cor. 16:1-2).
Fellowship
Gathering to worship is also a special time that we have to encourage one
another (Heb. 10:24-25).

What to Expect When You Come to Bible Class
Our Bible
classes are very interactive, you may feel free to ask questions or make
comments... but as our guest, you will never be singled out or "put on the
spot". A copy of the material being taught will be provided for you.
We hope that you will come and visit with us soon!
